摘要：长期以来，在营养流行病学领域，人们多研究的是单一营养素或多个营养素与各种营养性疾病间的关系。针对这种研究存在的问题，2004年有研究者提出了膳食模式（dietary patterns）的概念。膳食模式反映的是研究对象的综合饮食情况，可以弥补营养素研究的不足。然而，要得到研究对象的膳食模式需要利用到统计学的分析方法。本文总结了近年来在膳食模式研究中常用的5种方法及各种方法的应用情况，并将各种方法进行了对比。最后得出结论，认为膳食模式的研究可以作为研究营养性疾病研究方法的有力补充。

Abstract：Associations between single or／and several kinds of nutrients and food and nutritional diseases have been studied for a long time in nutritional epidemiology. Because of the potential problems underlying this study，dietary pattern which can manifest comprehensive status of dietary was put forward by some researchers in 2004 and used to solve these problems. At the same time，some methods of statistical analysis of dietary pattern especially five methods among them，e.g dietary indices，cluster analysis，factor analysis，reduced rank regression and partial least-squares regression were used in many nutritional fields. In this paper the five methods were reviewed and compared with each other and a conclusion was concluded that dietary pattern was a strong supplement of research methods of nutritional diseases.
