摘要：目的　了解金山区健康儿童流感嗜血杆菌携带相关危险因素，为制定防治措施提供依据。方法　选择辖区内0～14岁的健康儿童，以调查问卷和实验室检测相结合的方式确定影响健康儿童流感嗜血杆菌携带的危险因素。结果　影响健康儿童流感嗜血杆菌携带的危险因素有年龄、身高、体重、家长吸烟数量、每周摄入水果次数、每周摄入蔬菜次数、每年有呼吸道症状次数、每年抗生素使用次数。结论　保证儿童处于良好的生活环境，平衡膳食，保证蔬菜、水果摄入及发生呼吸道症状时合理使用抗生素能降低健康儿童流感嗜血杆菌携带率，减少由流感嗜血杆菌引起的疾病的发生。

Abstract:

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors related to the carrying of Hemophilus influenza for healthy children in Jinshan District of Shanghai so as to provide evidence for the development of prevention and control measures. METHODS Healthy children aged from 0 to 14 years old were randomly sampled and risk factors of carrying of Hemophilus influenza were determined by means of questionnaires and laboratory tests. RESULTS A variety of factors were associated with the carrying of Hemophilus influenza in healthy children，such as age，height，weight，times of fruits taking，times of respiratory tract infection，times of antibiotics application of the child，and times of smoking of the parents. CONCLUSIONS Children should be kept in favorable living environment while take balanced diet with vegetables and fruits. Moreover，rational use of the antibiotics in children with symptoms of respiratory tract infection may also help to decrease the carrier rate of Hemophilus influenza in healthy children. Thus finally reduce the occurrence of diseases caused by Hemophilus influenza infection.
