摘要:

目的 探讨国内儿童青少年肥胖研究的现状、热点与演进态势。方法 借助文献题录信息统计分析工具(SATI)和Citespace对CNKI出版的核心期刊中有关儿童青少年肥胖的文献进行统计与可视化分析。结果 统计出了国内儿童青少年肥胖领域文献时空分布特征,绘制了高频关键词知识图谱,探测出了不同时期突发关键词和研究热点时区视图,直观地展示了该领域研究的现状、热点及发展趋势。结论 国内儿童青少年肥胖相关研究呈增长态势,作者之间、机构之间合作不够紧密。研究热点集中在肥胖筛查标准及评价指标、单纯性肥胖干预、肥胖病因与机制、肥胖儿童青少年社会心理与行为。肥胖儿童青少年行为与认知的早期预防是前沿话题,学龄前儿童是学者关注的重点人群。

Abstract:

Objective To explore research status,hotspot and evolution tendency of domestic teenager obesity.Methods All literature on teenage obesity in CNKI were statistically and visually analyzed by means of Statistical Analysis Toolkit for Informetrics (SATI) and CiteSpace software.Results The literature′s characteristics of time and space distribution were obtained by statistical ways.The knowledge map was drawn out based on high-frequency keywords.The sudden keywords and view of time and zone about research hotspot in different periods were obtained.Research status,hotspot,and evolution tendency were visually displayed.Conclusion There is an increasing trend of relevant research on teenage obesity in China.Cooperation among authors and the institutions is not tight enough.Research hotspots focus on obesity screening standard,evaluation index,simple obesity intervention,etiology and mechanism of obesity and social psychology and behavior of obese children and adolescents.Early prevention of behavior and cognition of obese children and adolescents is a frontier topic.Preschool children are focus group.
