目的 分析体象障碍评定量表（BDD - YBOCS）中文修订版在中国大学生群体中的信度和效度。方法 采用方便取样法，第一阶段选取江西省两所高校大学生277人完成BDD - YBOCS中文修订版，对数据进行项目分析和探索性因素分析；第二阶段选取自江西、广东3所高校大学生1 256人完成量表，并对数据进行验证性因素分析和信度分析。结果 项目分析显示BDD - YBOCS中文修订版的12个题项具有良好的区分度；探索性因素分析提取了内在关注、外在关注和社会焦虑3个因子，3个因子共解释测验项目64.57%的变异；验证性因素分析表明修订后的问卷结构与原版问卷一致，三因子模型拟合良好（NNFI, CFI, GFI均大于0.90， RMSEA小于0.08）；总量表的α系数与分半信度均在0.70以上。结论 体象障碍严重程度评定量表（BDD - YBOCS）中文修订版在大学生样本中具有良好的测量学性质。

Abstract:

Objective This work was to analyze the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of the Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale Modified for Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD-YBOCS) among College Students. Methods 277 college students from Jiangxi Province were surveyed with BDD-YBOCS, anditem analysis and exploratory factor analysis were conducted. Then 1256 college students from Jiangxi and Guangdong Province were included to complete the BDD-YBOCS, and the data were used for confirmatory factor and reliability analysis. Results Item analysis indicated that the 12 items of the Chinese version of BDD-YBOCS had good discrimination. Exploratory factor analysis showed that the structure of the Chinese version of BDD-YBOCS included three factors of inner concern, external concern and social anxiety.These three factors accounted for 64.57% of the variance. Confirmatory factor analysis showed the structure was the same with the original one, and showed good fit (NNFI, CFI, GFI > 0.9, RMSEA<0.08). Moreover, the Cronbach α coefficient and split-half reliability of the total scale were above 0.7. Conclusion The Chinese version of BDD-YBOCS has acceptable psychometric quality among Chinese college students.
