摘要:

目的 了解青岛市35~74岁居民代谢正常型肥胖流行特征及影响因素。方法 于2009-2011年利用多阶段分层整群抽样方法对青岛市35~74岁共5 095名居民进行现场问卷调查和体格检查,并采集血样进行实验室检测,利用腰围来定义肥胖,血压、血糖、血脂来定义代谢正常型肥胖,采用χ2检验、F检验等进行流行特征分析,logistic回归进行影响因素分析。结果 共发现代谢正常型肥胖215人,占肥胖总人数的10.65%,与代谢异常型肥胖者相比,表现为在女性占比较高(P<0.001)、年龄较小(P<0.001)、工作较好且学历较高(P=0.003和0.013),吸烟饮酒率低(P<0.001),BMI较小(P<0.001);多因素logistic回归分析发现代谢正常型肥胖的影响因素有年龄、城乡、饮酒、工作、体质指数、平均动脉压、谷丙转氨酶水平、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和血糖。结论 代谢正常型肥胖具有其独有的特征,多种因素可影响代谢正常型肥胖的形成。

Abstract:

Objective To study the characteristics and influential factors of metabolic normal obesity in 35～74-year-old residents of Qingdao. Methods A total number of 5 095 residents were chosen by using a random cluster sampling method to answer the questionnaire and accept physical examination,and blood sampling was collected for a lab test.Obesity was defined by WC.Metabolic normal obesity was defined by blood pressure,blood sugar and blood lipids.Chi-square test and F test were used to do the analysis the epidemic characteristics,logistic regression was used to analysis influential factors. Results 215 persons were diagnosed with metabolic normal obesity,which accounting for 10.6% of the whole number of obesity.Comp are d to the metabolic abnormal obesity,the metabolic normal obesity had much more female cases (P<0.001),better job (P<0.001),higher education (P<0.001),low rate of smoking and drinking (P<0.001) and low BMI (P<0.001),they were also younger (P<0.001).Multivariable logistic regression analysis found that age,rural or urban,smoking,drinking,job,BMI,average arterial pressure,alanine aminotransferase level,serum total cholesterol,triglycerides and blood glucose could influence metabolic normal obesity. Conclusion Metabolic normal obesity has its’ unique characteristics,a variety of factors can affect the formation of metabolic normal obesity.
