摘要:目的 分析少数民族边远山区编外护理人员职业倦怠的状况,为预防和降低该地区护理人员职业倦怠提供参考依据。方法 利用“职业倦怠程度自测问卷”、“NBS护士职业倦怠量表(简化版)”,选择不同级别医院的编外护理人员的进行随机抽样调查。结果 少数民族边远山区编外护理人员职业倦怠阳性发生率达65.22%。学历高,倦怠发生率高;职称高,倦怠发生率高;护龄在6~20年的护理人员职业倦怠发生率高;医院等级高,倦怠发生率高。结论 民族边远山区编外护理人员是职业倦怠的高发人群,医疗机构应采取针对性的预防和干预措施,以控制和缓解其职业倦怠水平,提高其抗倦怠能力。
Abstract:
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the situations of job burnout of the non-state financial support nurses in remote national areas and to offer references for the prevention and reduction of nurses’ job burnout. METHODS Occupation burnout self-testing questionnaire and NBS nurse occupation burnout inventory(simplified version)were used to randomly survey the non-state financial support nurses from the different levels of hospitals. RESULTS Job burnout and fatigue of non-state financial support nurses tended to attain to higher proportion,was up to 65.22%. The higher level of the education was,the higher incidence of burnout had;The higher level of the title was,the higher incidence of burnout had;the job burnout rate of personnel with work experience of 6 to 20 years were higher than other populations;The higher level of the hospital was,the higher incidence of burnout had. CONCLUSION The non-state financial support nurses ranks a high risk of job burnout in remote national areas. So some targeted prevention and intervention measures should be taken in order to control and relieve the job burnout level of non-state financial support nurses,and improve the ability to resist the job burnout of them.
