目的 了解地处三峡库区的重庆市万州区基层医疗机构从事基本公共卫生服务人员职业倦怠状况,探讨其职业倦怠影响因素,减轻其职业倦怠状况,让其更好地为广大居民健康服务。方法 采用普查的方式,自编一般人口学资料问卷及李超平翻译并修订的国际通用职业倦怠普适量表(Maslach Burn-out Inventory-general Survey,MBI-GS)对重庆市万州区1 266名基本公共卫生服务人员的职业倦怠情况进行问卷调查。结果 万州区基层医疗机构基本公共卫生服务人员情绪衰竭维度平均得分(1.51±1.39)分,玩世不恭维度平均得分(1.03±1.21)分,成就感低落维度平均得分(3.70±1.94)分;各个维度中、高度倦怠程度比例分别为32.0%、19.3%、48.2%。结论 基层医疗机构从事基本公共卫生服务人员在情绪衰竭、成就感低落2维度比较严重,职业倦怠现象明显存在,其中性别、工作地点、学历、职称、薪酬等是其职业倦怠的主要影响因素。
Abstract:
Objective The aim of this study was to understand the job burnout situation of the staff who work on essential public health service in the basic medical institutions located in three gorges reservoir area, and discuss the influencing factors, in order to relieve their job burnout, and serve residents better. Methods The method of census, self-designed questionnaire about demographic data and MBI-GS were applied to investigate the job burnout of 1266 staffs who worked in essential public health service institution in Wanzhou district of Chongqing. Results In the basic medical institutions of Wanzhou district, the staffs of essential public health service scored an average of 1.51+1.39 for emotional exhaustion. For cynical attitude, they scored an average of 1.03+1.21. For the sense of low accomplishment, they scored an average of 3.70+1.94. Middle and high level of burnout ratios in each dimensions were 32.0%, 19.3% and 48.2%, respectively. Conclusion People who work on essential public health service in the basic medical institutions were more serious in the aspects of emotional exhaustion and low sense of accomplishment. Gender, place of work, education degree, professional title and salary had a major impact on the job burnout.
