目的 分析河南省农村义务教育阶段学生营养改善计划(简称“营养改善计划”)不同供餐模式下学生和家长的满意度,为促进学生营养改善计划的科学实施提供依据。方法 选取河南省实施农村义务教育营养改善计划的两个试点县四至八年级的3 416名学生和866名学生家长为调查对象,对学校提供食物的膳食种类、质量、份量、口味等问题进行了问卷调查。结果 1.课间加餐的学生对膳食种类(47.6%)、质量(45.0%)、份量(42.8%)、口味(39.1%)、总体(43.6%)非常满意的比例高于食堂供餐(29.0%、28.2%、28.6%、25.5%、27.3%)(P<0.01);课间加餐的学生家长对膳食种类(89.3%)、质量(98.0%)、份量(24.7%)、口味(98.7%)、总体(98.7%)非常满意的比例高于食堂供餐(29.7%、44.0%、23.1%、32.6%、38.8% )(P<0.01);
2.食堂供餐的学生认为不再吃冷饭了(24.4 %)、比家里的饭更营养(20.9%)、节约了回家时间(37.6%)、减轻家里的负担(27.8%)、能吃饱了(26.4%)的比例高于课间加餐(比例分别为16.5%、10.8%、13.4%、9.1%、22.2%)(P<0.05);食堂供餐的家长认为不再吃冷饭(34.1%)、节约回家时间(56.0%)、减轻家里负担(47.3%)的比例均高于课间加餐(比例分别为16.0%、13.3%、10.7%)(P<0.05)。结论 学生及其家长认为食堂供餐模式比课间加餐好处更多,但其满意度低于课间加餐。
Abstract:
Objective To analysis the satisfaction of students and parents on different feeding mode of nutrition improvement program,and to provide the basis for the scientific implementation of the student nutrition improvement plan. Methods 3 416 students from Grade 4 to Grade 8 and 866 students′ parents in two pilot counties of implementation of rural compulsory education nutrition improvement program in Henan province were selected as the subjects.The satisfaction of meals type,quality,quantity and taste on food supplied by the school was investigated through a questionnaire. Results (1)The quite satisfaction rates of student of the distributed the snacks between classes for meals type(47.6%),quality(45.0%),weight(42.8%),taste(39.1%)and overall(43.6%)were significantly higher than those of the school feeding(29.0%,28.2%,28.6%,25.5%,27.3%)(P<0.01).Similarly,the rates of quite satisfaction of the parents for meals type(89.3%),quality(98.0%),weight(24.7%),taste(98.7%)and overall(98.7%)were significantly higher than those of the school feeding(29.7%,44.0%,23.1%,32.6%,38.8%)(P<0.01).(2)The school feeding students thought that the rates of not eating cool meal(24.4%),more nutritive than eating at home(20.9%),saving the time going home(37.6%),relieving the burden of the family(27.8%)and eating their fill(26.4%)were higher than those of the students with the snacks between the classes(16.5%,10.8%,13.4%,9.1%,22.2%)(P<0.05).The rates of benefit chose by school feeding parents,not eating cool meal(34.1%),saving the time going home(56.0%)and relieving the burden of the family(47.3%)were higher than those of the parents of the students with the snacks between the classes(16.0%,13.3%,10.7%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Students and parents think that the feeding mode is more beneficial than the snacks between classes.However,the satisfaction of the feeding mode is lower than that of the snacks between classes.
