摘要:
目的 探讨孕妇生活满意度和家庭功能的关系。方法 采用生活满意度量表和家庭关怀指数量表对2020年5—8月到昌邑妇幼保健院妇产科就诊的446名孕妇的生活满意度及家庭功能情况进行调查，回收有效问卷416份。使用SPSS 24.0对数据进行统计描述、单因素分析、相关性检验和多元线性回归分析。结果 孕妇的生活满意度和家庭功能情况良好，得分分别为（27.214±5.408）和（8.978±1.831）分。生活满意度在年龄（t = 2.028，P = 0.043）、夫妻关系（F = 9.613，P＜0.001）、婆媳关系（F = 15.923，P＜0.001）、居住环境满意度（F = 29.145，P＜0.001）、体育锻炼（F = 4.246，P = 0.015）、睡眠质量（F = 7.590，P＜0.001）上差异均有统计学意义；家庭功能在家庭人数（F = 4.519，P = 0.012）、夫妻关系（F = 11.540，P = 0.001）、婆媳关系（F = 14.093，P＜0.001）、居住环境满意度（F = 12.290，P＜0.001）、文化程度（F = 12.957，P＜0.001）、职业（F = 5.524，P = 0.001）、月收入（t = 1.979，P = 0.049）、睡眠质量（F = 4.665，P = 0.007）和饮食规律性（F = 7.840，P = 0.004）上差异均有统计学意义。家庭功能总分及各项目分与生活满意度得分呈正相关（r = 0.279 ~ 0.375，P＜0.001）。回归分析结果显示，在控制了其他变量后，家庭功能能够有效预测孕妇的生活满意度（β = 0.841，P＜0.001）。结论 家庭功能能够影响孕妇的生活满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the relationship between life satisfaction and family function of pregnant women. Methods From May to August 2020, a total of 446 pregnant women who visited the obstetrics and gynecology department of Changyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were assessed using Satisfaction with Life Scale and Family APGAR Index. In total, 416 valid questionnaires were collected. Statistical description, univariate analysis, correlation test, and multivariate linear regression analysis were performed with the use of SPSS 24.0. Results The life satisfaction and family function of pregnant women were good, with the average scores of (27.214 ± 5.408) and (8.978 ± 1.831). There were significant differences in life satisfaction among pregnant women in terms of age (t=2.028, P=0.043), relationship with husband (F=9.613, P<0.001), relationship with mother-in-law (F=15.923, P<0.001), satisfaction with living environment (F=29.145, P<0.001), physical exercise (F=4.246, P=0.015), and sleep quality (F=7.590, P<0.001). There were significant differences in family function of pregnant women in terms of family size (F=4.519, P=0.012), relationship with husband (F=11.540, P=0.001), relationship with mother-in-law (F=14.093, P<0.001), satisfaction with living environment (F=12.290, P<0.001), education level (F=12.957, P<0.001), occupation (F=5.524, P=0.001), monthly income (t=1.979, P=0.049), sleep quality (F=4.665, P=0.007), and dietary regularity (F=7.840, P=0.004). The total score of family function and each item were positively correlated with the score of life satisfaction (r=0.279-0.375, P<0.001). The results of regression analysis showed that after controlling for other variables, family function could effectively predict pregnant women’s life satisfaction (β=0.841, P<0.001). Conclusion Family function can affect the life satisfaction of pregnant women.
